The production process starts in the crop area where the selection of the highest quality olives takes place. Classified according to size, the olives are delivered to our various plants with great care. The plants have a perfectly automated process which allows us to ensure high quality and hygiene standards throughout. La Explanada also guarantees that high quality measures are in place at all times due to our regular tasting and control checks.
